Small questions, short answers
Who are these pages meant for?
Grown-ups in the United States who have passed fifty, or are close, and like the idea of plain daily routines that help them keep focus and keep their days in order.
Why would a snack bar in São Paulo write in English?
Because the habits we watch at the counter are the same anywhere people gather, and we wanted them readable by a wider audience than our block.
Is anything here medical advice?
No. We share routines we see and what general reading on habit and attention says about them. Your own doctor is the person to ask about your own health, and each essay ends by saying so.
Do I need to buy anything to follow along?
No. A chair, a newspaper and a pair of walking shoes cover everything in the three essays.
Will these pages ever point to a store?
They might. The page called who runs the corner explains how that would work and how we would tell you.
How do I reach you?
By email at contato@betterafternoonsclub.com. A person reads every message.
